Privacy Policy

Scope and account

AION is a private AI assistant operated for one dedicated personal account. It is not intended to be a public multi-user service.

Google Workspace access

When authorized, AION may access Google Workspace data for the dedicated account using the granted scopes. Depending on the authorization, this can include:

• Google Drive: reading, creating, organizing and managing files within the authorized account and workflow.
• Gmail: reading and sending messages only where the authorized scopes permit it.
• Google Calendar: reading calendar information and managing events owned by the account where authorized.
• Google Contacts: read-only access where authorized.

AION does not expand scopes or connect another account without explicit authorization.

Local storage and indexing

Tokens, indexes, project state and related operational data may be stored locally on the machine running AION. Local indexes may contain derived document fragments, metadata and provenance needed for retrieval and auditing.

Model providers

When a workflow requires it, relevant excerpts and context may be sent to the configured model provider so the assistant can generate a response. AION does not send all available data by default; the intended flow is project-scoped and request-driven.

Use and sharing

AION does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or provide it to commercial data brokers. Data is not commercially transferred to third parties. Configured service providers may process relevant excerpts as part of an authorized model or Google API request.

Revocation and deletion

Google access can be revoked from the account's Google Account security settings. To request deletion of AION-held data or discuss removal of local indexes and derived records, contact aion2089ai@gmail.com. Requests are handled for the dedicated account and applicable local data.

Google policies

AION's use of Google user data is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This page does not claim certifications or technical security controls that have not been independently verified.
